I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel, surrounded by nature and wildlife. The bungalows are spacious, and clean, and offer a unique jungle view, making my stay feel magical. The staff was exceptionally attentive and made me feel right at home. The dining options were delightful as well, but the coffee could use some improvement. While the stairs throughout the property can be challenging, the beautiful surroundings more than make up for it.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of Costa Rica, perfect for adult-only retreats with a vibrant casino and live music at the restaurant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing escape. While the staff was generally friendly, some minor service lapses were noted, particularly in housekeeping and amenities. Overall, it's a great stay that offers excellent value for money, especially considering its proximity to attractions.

My stay at Byblos Hotel was truly an unforgettable experience! The serene surroundings allowed me to connect with nature, with monkeys and exotic birds often in view. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Olivier, who made sure I felt right at home. However, while the ambiance was fantastic, the breakfast options could use a bit more variety, especially for longer stays.

What a phenomenal getaway! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the bungalow, and the service from Oliver, Eugene, and Monica made us feel right at home. The property was clean and the atmosphere welcoming, with a variety of wildlife to experience right from our deck. However, access to our coffee maker became a bit of an issue, and there were many stairs to navigate. Overall, it was a great stay and I'd love to return for another Costa Rican adventure.
